Check out this ebay sale. I have bought alot of stuff from this guy. Quality is always very good, shipping takes a while though as he is in Europe.

Is yours a touring or a sedan? Bought my bumpers locally but all my lighting is from that seller. I have bought alot of used euro-spec parts from him though. (used modules, door sills, etc...) His price is usually lower than alot of the local sellers. As for the wheels, they are just some simple Avante Garde m310 in 19" staggered. http://avantgardewheels.com/m310.php

Purchased the complete set of Celis tail lights with more recent version LCM for my touring for half the price of what local sellers wanted. Also purchased another set of Celis tails, and Euro facelifted headlights for a friend of mine with a sedan. Everything took about 2 1/2 to 3 weeks to get. Quality was always as described, maybe even better.

 

are these tail lights plug and play with 2000 528i??. do u kno?.. or will i need ballast and everything

 

Correct me if I wrong but OEM tail lights from 01+ won't fit to 00- due to different mounting. It will require modification of the body:

Well, according to my link they (01+ taillights) don't fit physically to 00- cars. I am not talking about wiring, this is a different story.
