Oil filter/cooler gasket replacement is an easy DIY job if you are handy. Just make sure you have the necessary sockets and wrenches before starting. I think I needed to buy an E10 ratcheting wrench when I did it.

When these gaskets leak they typically spray all down the front of the engine and all over the accessory belt. Depending on the age of the vehicle it might make sense to change the belt, tensioner, and idler pulley at the same time. That's what I did.
The item with the green circle on top is the power steering reservoir, which includes an integrated filter. These often leak. If the fluid still looks good you can just replace the o-ring in the cap. Depending on the age of the vehicle and condition of the fluid it may make more sense to just replace the whole reservoir. Just make sure to use Pentosin CHF-11S fluid.
