I have the 351M rims and want to have one re-powder coated due to paint chipping. Does anyone have a paint color / code / manufacturer for the silver-gray color. BMW NA keeps referring me to my local dealer who has been useless.

Call another dealer and ask who they use for their rim repair, if your local dealer is useless.
Every dealer has a repair company for their service vehicles.
I bought my car with under 8,000 miles and factored in wheel repair, center console replacement, and exterior paint chip repair as "we owe".
After the deal I found the dealer misrepresented the car. I will not discuss the dispute.
I walked away from their "we owe". I did not want them to touch my car.
I went to another dealer 30 miles away. I was strongly considering purchasing new wheels.
After pricing them out, I decided to try wheel repair. I could always buy new rims if I do not like the result. I had them do all the work out of pocket.
That should give you an idea how upset I was.
The dealer did the requested work.
When it came to the rims they repaired 2 wheels for $200 total and the job was done in a day.
I also have no vibration above 70 mph

The job was absolutely perfect. If I had not taken photos of where the blemishes were, I would not be able to locate the repair. The color was also perfect. Now, I am a car guy and very demanding when it comes to craftsmanship and quality.
You may want to save yourself some time and effort and check with a dealer.
